The neck makes the tradeoff of increased mobility for decreased stability. Perhaps this is why it's such a common sight of strain and discomfort. This class is devoted to alleviating neck pain and the restoration of normal range of motion. Direct and indirect technique manipulation styles (away from and into the barrier, respectively) will be explained, demonstrated, and practiced.
Structural-Craniosacral considerations will be discussed. Self-help skills and personal ergonomics will be discussed as well.
